What the inspector wrote

An unannounced case management inspection of the facility was conducted by Licensing Program Manager Natalie Dunaway (LPM) and Licensing Program Analyst Jennifer Velasco (LPA). LPM and LPA met with facility owner Resa Aldrich (D1), toured the facility inside and outside, reviewed facility, child, and staff records. During this inspection, two classroom staff were providing care to eight children, operating within ratio and capacity requirements. It was determined the facility was compliant with health and safety regulation as required. No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. This report was reviewed with facility representative, D1. Notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
