Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 08/07/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Soleil Marx met with Director, Resa Aldrich, to deliver complaint findings for the above allegations. Throughout the investigation, LPA made observations of facility environment, reviewed procedures/policies, and conducted interviews. LPA observed health screening procedures, sick policies in place, cleaning checklists posted, and sanitizers/disinfectants readily available. LPA observed the facility appeared clean/sanitary.LPA conducted staff interviews which had aligning statements that staff monitor children for signs of illness, follow sick policies, sanitize toys/surfaces, launder bedding/soft toys, and hand wash frequently to minimize germs. Children interviews were consistent with staff interviews. Interviews with parent/guardians did not reveal concerns regarding cleanliness or illness. Based on LPAs observations, record review, and interviews in which were conducted; no pertinent evidence was obtained that would support the alleged violations. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegations, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted, report reviewed with Director, appeal rights provided. Notice of site visit given and must remain be posted for 30 days.
