Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Record review determined that the child left outside was in the two year old classroom prior to turning two years old, which is a violation of the conditions of the license without an exception approval from Child Care Licensing. Based on record review and the interviews which were conducted, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegations are found to be SUBSTANTIATED. Title 22 deficiencies are cited on the attached LIC 9099D pages and a Civil Penalty in the amount of $500.00 was assessed for absence of supervision. The director was informed that this report dated 06/24/2024 documents one Type A citation which shall be posted for 30 consecutive days.
