Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Andrea Cortez met with Site Supervisor Susan Garcia, to deliver findings regarding the above allegations. Upon arrival LPA observed children during floor time and table activities. LPA observed: 10 children supervised by 4 staff members. During complaint investigation, LPA made observations, gathered documents, and conducted interviews. Throughout investigation, there was insufficient evidence to support allegations listed above. Although the allegations may have happened, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegations; therefore, the allegations are unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Site Supervisor Susan Garcia. Appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
