What Happened
Annual inspection of childcare center revealed multiple compliance gaps. Chemicals accessible to children in unlocked closet. Staff files missing documentation, no current CPR/First Aid certification observed. All IMS medications lacked required prescriptions or instructions. Type B deficiencies cited.

- Door to chemical storage closet unlocked with cleaning products containing bleach on floor next to door (Technical Violation)
- Children's and staff files missing licensing documentation
- No current Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification observed for staff
