What the inspector wrote

During this interaction, the Licensee offered to deliver them via email at a later time. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred. Therefore, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee Stefanie Toutolmin
