On 11/07/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anita Tristan conducted an unannounced case management inspection to obtain signatures on the 809 reports for the inspection that was conducted on 10/21/2025 to inspect room 17 (multi-Purpose Room) that will be used for the pre-school children in care for napping from 12:30pm to 2:30pm and used for the school age program at 2:45pm for the after-school snack and homework. LPA was met by Director, Melanie Weber and a census was taken. LPA toured the inside of the facility. Durning the 10/21/2025 inspection LPA Tristan had computer issues and the signatures were not captured. LPA had Director sign the report and provided director with a copy of signed Waiver. Per Title 22, Division 12, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited Exit interview was conducted with Director, Melanie Weber. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
