Correction check·August 15, 2024

On 8/15/2024, an unannounced site visit was made by Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Brandon Tate and Jose Penate for a case management - POC. LPAs met with Site Supervisor, Michelle Bracknell and discussed the reason for inspection. The facility was toured, and a census was taken. Upon entrance to classroom \342\200\234E\342\200\235, 10 children were observed. Classroom \342\200\234BD\342\200\235 contained 5 children and classroom \342\200\234AC\342\200\235 contained 8 children. All classrooms were within ratio. The purpose of today\342\200\231s visit was to inspect flooring repairs for a POC that was created on 5/23/2024. Upon LPAs observation, all classroom and office floors were repaired sufficiently with laminate flooring and commercial baseboards. All toilets were caulked and in good working order. There are no hazards to children in care. Exit interview was conducted with Site Supervisor, Michelle Bracknell. A copy of LIC 809 and appeal rights were left. Plan of Correction has been cleared and the Fresno EOC Sanger Head Start has been approved for operation.
