On 12/19/2024, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Miguel Herrera conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA met with Director, Amalia Deel to discuss the purpose of the inspection. A tour of the facility was conducted, and census was taken. The purpose for today's inspection was to discuss the amended LIC9099-D Page. Per administrative review of the complaint inspection conducted on 12/17/2024, the deficiency cited needed to be amended. LPA Herrera amended the LIC9099-D page and obtained a signature from Director Amelia Deel. The amended LIC9099-D form was provided to Director Deel. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were cited during today’s inspection. Director Amalia Deel was provided a copy of appeal rights. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Deel.
