What the inspector wrote

On 10/21/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anita Tristan and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Luisa Gavoutian conducted an unannounced case management inspection to inspect room 17 (multi-Purpose Room) that will be used for the pre-school children in care for napping from 12:30pm to 2:30pm and used for the school age program at 2:45pm for the after-school snack and homework. LPA and LPM were met by Director, Melanie Weber. During today\342\200\231s inspection a census and a tour were taken inside and out. Fire Clearance was granted on 10/13/2025. LPA and LPM inspected room 17 and observed the room to be safe with age-appropriate toys, furniture, and equipment for both pre-school and school-age children. The room has one sink. LPA and LPM took measurements of the room which measured 440 sq ft. A Waiver is being granted to allow facility to utilize room 17 for both pre-school and school-age children at separate times. Room has been licensed for use effective today 10/21/2025. Exit interview was conducted with Director, Melanie Weber. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days. Per Title 22, Division 12, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited
