What the inspector wrote

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, a deficiency has been cited (see 9099-D). An exit interview was conducted with Assistant Director Carol Gallegos Gonzalez, during which this report and Appeals Rights were reviewed and provided. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were cited. An exit interview was conducted, and the report, Appeal Rights, and notice of site visit were provided to Assistant Director Carol Gallegos Gonzalez.
