On this date, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA's), Diane Mercado and Araceli Gibson met with Director Celia Tirado for an unannounced case management inspection. LPA toured the facility and a census was taken. The purpose of today\342\200\231s inspection was to follow up with Celia regarding a director change. LPA Mercado explained to Director per reporting requirements facility needs to report within 10 days of a director change to the Department. LPA Mercado met with Ernestina Flores that will be the new director pending director paperwork being submitted. LPA Mercado went over personnel paperwork, fingerprint clearances, and children files. Per Chapter 1, Division 12, Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiency was cited during today\342\200\231s inspection. Exit interview conducted with Celia.
