What the inspector wrote

On 06/01/2022, an Informal Conference meeting was conducted today at the Fresno Regional Child Care Office. In attendance at this meeting was: Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Diana de Leon, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Jeovanna Yanez, and Center Director, Yesenia Sanchez. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss recent violations of Title 22 Regulations. The following citation that was cited on 4/25/22, based on a complaint investigation conducted by Community Care Licensing, was discussed with Yesenia Sanchez : Type B - 101163(a) False Claims - (a) No licensee, officer or employee of a licensee shall make or disseminate any false or misleading statement regarding the child care center or any of the services provided by the center. The investigation revealed the following: Children were signed in and out of the facility with forged signatures on dates when they were not physically present at the facility. This posed a potential risk to the health, safety and/or personal rights of children in care. Licensee has submitted proof of corrections for the above-mentioned citation and the deficiency has been cleared. Licensee has held staff meetings and submitted copies of the agendas and attendance sheets where the above-mentioned allegations were discussed. During this meeting, it was discussed that violation of Title 22 Regulations and failure to maintain compliance will result in a Non-Compliance conference and that the licensee may be referred to the Legal Division for possible Administrative Action. A copy of this report was given to Yesenia Sanchez. No deficiencies were cited during today’s meeting.
