On 02/10/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Erica Pacheco conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA met with Site Supervisor, Jessica Rodriguez. The purpose of today's inspection is a case management inspection regarding an unusual incident that was reported to the Community Care Licensing Office (CCL)-Fresno Office regarding an incident occurred on 01/16/2026.
