Correction check·July 17, 2025

On July 17, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nohemi Sanchez conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) Inspection and met with Director, Martha Jimenez. LPA explained the purpose for the inspection was to verify corrections related to outdoor play equipment anchoring. LPA toured the facility inside and outside and a census was taken. LPA inspected four outdoor play structures: a fire truck, police car, choo choo train, and a merry-go-round. All structures were found to be securely anchored, age appropriate, and safe for use by children. Effective 07/17/2025, all inspected play structures may be utilized. Per Tittle 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were cited during this inspection. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with Director Jimenez. A notice of Site Visit was issued and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the facility\342\200\231s main entrance for a minimum of 30 days. This report is to be retained on site and made available to public review.
