On 02/19/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nohemi Sanchez conducted an unannounced case management inspection and met with Lead Teacher Cassandra Salto and toured the facility inside and out and a census was taken. LPAs informed Lead Teacher the purpose of today\342\200\231s inspection. On 02/09/2026, the Fresno South Reginal Office received a report regarding an incident that occurred on 01/26/2026. During outdoor activities, Child #1 was climbing on the play structure when their foot became caught in the wall climber. The Child\342\200\231s mother was immediately notified, and Child #1 was taken to receive medical evaluation and treatment. LPA conducted interviews with staff and obtained and reviewed facility records. Based on the information gathered, further investigation is necessary regarding the unusual incident report submitted by the facility. Report was reviewed and exit interview conducted with Lead Teacher Cassandra Salto. Per Title 22 Division 12 Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiency was cited during today's inspection. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
