What the inspector wrote

On 07/25/2024, Regional Manager (RM), Susie Fanning, Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Juvenal Moctezuma, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Miguel Herrera and Yesenia Fierro met with Owner Jim Fisher and Program Director Adriana Morales in the CCLD Fresno Regional Office to conclude the complaint investigation that was received on 05/16/2024 and obtain signatures. During today\342\200\231s meeting, RM Fanning discussed the process of a complaint investigation, reviewed the facilities bathroom monitoring procedures, teacher qualifications, exceptions, facilities transportation procedures, the departments Inspection Authority, Notice of Employee Rights (LIC 9052), and went over Parents Rights (LIC 995). Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Owner Jim Fisher and Program Director Adriana Morales.
