On 3/27/23 an unannounced complaint inspection was conducted today by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Caroline Harris. LPA met with Licensee, Martha Aragon and toured the facility. A census was taken. LPA reviewed the above listed allegations with the licensee. The purpose of today’s visit was to close the complaint investigation. The investigation consisted of interviews with the licensee, staff, parents, as well as a facility records review. Children enrolled were too young to be interviewed. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, based on statements received during the investigation, and correspondence reviewed, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur; therefore, the allegations are unsubstantiated. Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiency is cited during today's visit. An exit interview with Licensee, Martha Aragon was conducted. Appeal rights were discussed and given to the licensee along with a notice of site visit. Notice of Site Visit is to be posted for 30 days.
