What the inspector wrote

On 11/25/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Pa Kou Vue conducted an unannounced Case Management (CM) - Licensee Initiated Inspection at the Family Childcare Home (FCCH). LPA met with Licensee Martha Aragon. Also present were Licensee's assistants. LPA explained the purpose of the inspection, toured the home inside, outside and took a census. The purpose of today's inspection is to inspect the off-limits living room/dining area for daycare use. LPA observed the living room/dining area to be well ventilated, furnished with children's toys and equipment. There are no hazards observed or present. On today's date, the living room/dining area is accessible to daycare children. Licensee updated LIC999A Facility Sketch on the parent board to reflect the approved change. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Martha Aragon . Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 A Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
