What the inspector wrote

On 07/11/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Martha De Haro conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA met with Site Supervisor Charlotte Miranda at the above facility. The purpose of today\342\200\231s inspection is to check the newly installed playground structure, which was installed in a fenced off area on the facility\342\200\231s campus. The facility was previously approved for a playground waiver, as the children are currently sharing a different playground area. During the inspection, LPA toured the facility inside and outside and a census was taken. LPA observed that a new playground structure was installed appropriately, and no hazards were observed. There were no loose or pointed parts. The playground structure had rubber or padded material to cushion any falls. The Site Supervisor Ms. Miranda submitted playground specifications. LPA has deemed the new play structure safe for use by children ages two (2) to five (5) years of age, per playground specifications. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were cited during today\342\200\231s inspection.
