Based on Liciensing Program Analsyts (LPAs) Anita Tristan and Pa Kou Vue's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above inLPAs obeserved in the Licensee's backyard which is accessible to children, power tools such as tree trimmer, grass trimmer and leaf blower. In addition, a broken fence board located behind the play yard equipment.
