On 08/18/2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gloria Reyes conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA met with Licensee, Alida Mercado De Garnica. Licensee is Spanish speaking. LPA toured the home and a census was taken. The purpose of today's visit is to inspect the newly remodel kitchen and dining area. Licensee provided LPA with an copy of an updated Facility Sketch. City Permits were mailed to the Fresno Regional Child Care Office. All cabinets were inspected and no hazards items were observed. Children will use the dining area for eating. The kitchen and dining area may be used for children. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee. A copy of this report was provided and discussed. Site Visit Form was posted to Parent\342\200\231s Board and must be posted for 30 days.
