What the inspector wrote

On 06/09/2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Yesenia Fierro and conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA toured the facility, and a census was taken. LPA met with Licensee, Melissa Dadian. The purpose of today's inspection was to follow up an incident involving children's personal rights. LPA reminded Licensee of supervision and personal rights requirements. LPA also reminded Licensee of reporting requirements. Facility has proper measures in place regarding children distinguishing good touches from bad touches, as well as keeping their hands to themselves. Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, no deficiency cited during today's visit. Exit interview conducted with Licensee, Melissa Dadian. LIC 9213 NOTICE OF SITE VISIT FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
