What the inspector wrote

On 07/07/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Elizabeth Martinez and Valentin Hernandez conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to provide findings for the above allegation. LPA Martinez met with Licensee Emely Ramirez. LPA Martinez reviewed the allegation and toured the facility, inside and outside. LPA Martinez observed 1 child. Based upon LPA Martinez’s observations and information gathered through interviews, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met; therefore, the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, this deficiency is to be cited. exit interview conducted with the Licensee, Emely Ramirez. A Notice of Site Visit was posted on the parent board in the presence of LPA Elizabeth Martinez.A COPY OF THIS REPORT IS TO REMAIN IN THE FACILITY FOR PUBLIC REVIEW.THIS REPORT SHALL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC UPON REQUEST.
