102418 Immunizations(a) Prior to admission to a family day care home, children shall be immunized against diseases as required by the California Code of Regulations, Title 17, beginning with Section 6000. Based on record review and licensee statement, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above for C1 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.

The home shall provide safe toys, play equipment and materials.This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, interviews and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above where a child fell out of a swing that was not age appropriate and sustained a fractured leg and severe hematoma on the head which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
