Pre-licensing visit·April 16, 2025

On 4/16/2025 at 4:05pm LPA Laura Chavez made a follow up prelicensing inspection for the purpose of inspecting the self-latching, key lockable device and the portion of the wrought iron pool fence installed after the initial prelicensing inspection was made. The fence isolates the pool from access to the home. The wrought iron fence measures 5' in height, the gaps between the bars are no more than 4" apart. The self-locking, key lockable device has been placed no lower than 60 inches above the ground.Licensee understands that a daily inspection must be performed before opening the facility, and must maintain a log of the inspections. The home is ready for licensure. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with licensee Jazmin Holmes-Ochoa.
