What the inspector wrote

On 05/28/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Kiriko Lynch and Noah Wheeler conducted a POC visit in response to a violation cited during a visit to the facility on 05/15/2025. Facility was previously cited for being out of ratio and capacity by having two staff supervising 15 children in care. During the visit conducted today, LPAs observed Licensee and two staff were present with 11 children in care, and within ratio and capacity requirements. The facility is within compliance today, no violations were cited, and POC clearance letter issued. Exit interview conducted with Licensee Rachel Watkins, appeal rights provided, and notice of site visit posted.
