What the inspector wrote

On 01/09/2024, LPAs Noah Wheeler and Kiriko Lynch made a visit to the home and the Licensee stated she would like to go on inactive status until she reopens her FCCH. LPA Wheeler gave Licensee an LIC 9211 to complete during the visit. LPA Wheeler also gave technical assistance to Licensee with her questions regarding child care services. No citations issued during today's visit.
