What the inspector wrote

LPAs N. Wheeler and K. Lynch visited the facility for the purpose of a case-management visit in response to an inquiry for lead reporting requirements. Per records review, lead exceedance fixture inaccessibility verification and remediation plans have not yet been received by Licensing. Type B deficiency is being cited on LIC 809-D. Exit interview conducted with facility representative, appeal rights provided, notice of site visit provided.

Any licensed child day care center that fails to take that action is subject to the temporary suspension of their license pursuant to Section 1596.886.This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Licensee needs to provide and execute plan to remediate fixture(s) to Licensing.
