What the inspector wrote

On 12/09/2024 at 1:30 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Noah Wheeler conducted a case management visit to amend two complaint reports report from 11/21/2024. LPA provided amended report documentation to Site Director Gillian Ryan at the time of the visit, and explained amendments. No Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's case management visit. Exit interview conducted, notice of site visit posted, and appeal rights were provided.
