Facility-requested visit·August 13, 2021

A case management Licensee initiated inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kiriko Lynch in response a capacity increase/program change application received on 07/15/21. The facility was toured inside and outside, and the floor and yard plan submitted by the licensee were verified. The infant classroom and playground are sufficient to meet the request to increase capacity to 14 infant children. The Licensee has also requested the toddler option be removed from their infant program license and be added to the preschool program on site. Changing table was available within reach of a sink. A combination of 8 cribs and 6 cots will be utilized, and cots will be provided to children able to climb out of the cribs. Safe Sleep Regulations were reviewed with the Licensee. The fire clearance was received by Licensing, and was approved by the local fire authority on 07/26/21. Capacity increase is approved today, 08/13/21.
