Facility-requested visit·April 28, 2025

On 04/28/2025 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Noah Wheeler and Kiriko Lynch made a case management visit to ensure the pool and spa fencing was met per Title 22 regulatory requirements. LPAs observed pool has five-foot fencing in between the patio doors and windows, and has a self closing, self latching, gate that opens away from the pool and spa that is compliant with regulations. LPAs observed a keyed lock at the top of the gate at least five-feet high from the ground. LPAs observed and heard pool alarm demonstrated at the home during initial inspection, and also observed pool rescue hook and safety ring accessible near the pool. The doors and windows on the other side of the pool fencing are locked and alarmed, or do not open. Fire clearance was approved and received by Licensing. As of today 04/28/25, the home is licensed for a large family child care home license.
