Facility-requested visit·September 3, 2025

On 9/3/2025, at 10:55am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Vicky Williamson conducted an announced case management inspection for the purpose of verifying the construction of an in-ground swimming pool on the premises. LPA met with Licensee, Jennifer Lopez. There were no daycare children present. Licensee stated that she has not provided care for children since March 2023. Days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 5:00am \342\200\223 6:00pm. LPA observed the following during today\342\200\231s inspection: - In-ground pool and in-ground jacuzzi surrounded by 5ft fencing that does not obscure the bodies of water from view, has a gate that swings away from the bodies of water, is self-latching and has a key lockable device that meets Health and Safety Code section 1596.814(a)(1)(A) requirements. - In-ground pool and in-ground jacuzzi have alarms that meet Health and Safety Code section 1596.814(a)(1)(B)(ii)(l). - A life ring and rescue pole with a body hook. - Daily inspection log of the drowning and prevention safety features and safety equipment were reviewed and are being maintained. A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given to Licensee, Jennifer Lopez and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. LPA observed LIC 9213 was posted. Appeal Rights (LIC 9058) was provided. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
