On May 14, 2026 at 2:20PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Luigi Gargaro, conducted an unannounced case management visit to the facility to follow up on the installation of additional fencing to the existing pool fencing to make the pool inaccessible from the back of the home where windows can be accessible to the pool area. During today's visit, analyst found the fencing and an additional latching gate were installed in the opening leading from the back of the home to the pool area so that the entire pool is enclosed and has no free access from the home. Three remaining items including adjusted latch height for main gate, rescue pole length and final installation of pool alarm and the updated fencing are to be reviewed in office and any additional corrections completed before granting final approval. An exit interview was conducted with the licensee. The licensee was provided a copy of their appeal rights (LIC 9058 12/15) and their signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights. A notice of site visit was provided by the LPA and must remain posted for 30 days.
