What the inspector wrote

On June 1, 2026 at 3:20PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Luigi Gargaro, conducted an unannounced case management visit to the facility to follow up on corrections for the additional pool fencing that was installed to have the facility pool meet current bodies of water regulations. During today's visit, analyst found the following corrections: the height for the key locking device was found to be at 5' 1/2" from the ground and the pool alarm was operational and installed in the pool. Licensee has the non-retractable 12' rescue pool on order to replace the retractable she now has. Fence installer, Poolsafe, also provided analyst with fencing certification documentation. Licensee will send analyst a photo of mounted pole and copy of documentation for it upon receipt to demonstrate meeting final requirement. Fencing now meets regulation requirements and pool safety equipment requirements will be met upon installation of safety pole. An exit interview was conducted with the licensee. The licensee was provided a copy of their appeal rights (LIC 9058 12/15) and their signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights. A notice of site visit was provided by the LPA and must remain posted for 30 days.
