Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

At 11:45 AM on 12/22/21, LPAs Luigi Gargaro and Claudia Amador, conducted a follow up complaint visit to the facility to deliver the findings for the above allegations. During the course of the investigation, analysts conducted interviews with the licensee, verbal day care children and day care parents. Based on the information gathered, it could not be conclusively proved or disproved that child #1 was handled in any type of inappropriate manner during an incident where she was out an errand with the provider or that any of the other children in care have ever been handled in any inappropriate manner. Also while it was witnessed that there have been other adults in the home at times during day care hours, it could not be conclusively proved or disproved whether they may or may not have been cleared and associated family members or non-related adults Though the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated. Appeal Rights (1/16) were discussed. A copy of the report, appeal rights and a Notice Of Site Visit, to be posted for 30 days, were printed and provided to the licensee today. No deficiencies were cited.
