On 02/24/2026 at 2:45 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Oscar Picazo conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of approving a the newly constructed and remolded day care areas at this facility with Licensee Ana Gamez. In September 2025 Licensee contacted LPA and informed that she would be starting construction to remodel the home main entrance, convert the garage into an additional room, add concrete to the west side yard and add a parent /client entrance/access on the west side of the home. Licensee provided a written continuing care plan of action detailing how the construction would proceed without affecting the level of service, care, safety and well being of the children in care. Construction commenced on September 22, 2025. On January 26, 2026, Licensee contacted LPA to inform that construction was completed and requested an inspection to approve the new areas for day care use. LPA toured the newly constructed and remolded areas both inside and out. The main entrance, converted garage, west side yard, and backyard was toured, inspected and deemed safe for use. All areas are clear of any sharp, pointed, or loose objects and no construction material or debris. Licensee has added the converted garage additional room to her sketch for use as well as the previously off limit area of the west side yard. Licensee is cleared to use the aforementioned areas effective today, February 24, 2026.
