Report amended to change capacity number (45-7=38 total capacity). On 12/2/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Crystal Ali met with Director/Owner Shanna Johnson to conduct an unannounced case management inspection. The purpose of the case management is to complete a capacity decrease that was initiated by licensee. Licensee submitted application for classroom change by removing classroom #2 (wildflower) dated 6/12/25. Upon arrival, LPA observed 11 preschool and 3 staff members providing care and supervision. During this inspection LPA conducted interview with Director and toured the facility. Classroom #2 is no longer being used for the preschool program ( Wildflower Room- 1 8 X 14 = 252/35 = 7). Facility meets all requirements of Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations and/or Health & Safety codes. Total capacity decrease has been approved by LPA. The updated capacity for this daycare licensee is 38, age range 2-5 years. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted with Licensee, Shanna Johnson.
