PERSONAL RIGHTS
Personal Rights. The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement is not met as evidenced by the incident occurring on 1/6/2023, facility experienced a power outage which placed the facility in darkness and colder temperatures. This is a Type A deficiency and it poses an immediate risk to the health and safety to the children in care.
