What the inspector wrote

On 01/20/26, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Denisia Jimenez conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA was met by Licensee, Carolyn Upshaw. LPA toured the facility, and a census was taken. The purpose of today\342\200\231s inspection was to make Bedroom #2 accessible for use by day care children. The LPA observed a daybed, bedroom furniture, a soft play gym, and a rocking chair in the room. Bedroom #2 was approved for children\342\200\231s use as of today. The licensee was reminded to notify Licensing of any future structural changes or if any rooms in the home become accessible or inaccessible. The licensee understood this requirement. Per California Code of Regulations Title 22 Division 12 Chapter 3, no deficiency is being cited. Notice of Site Inspection to be posted for 30 days.
