Facility-requested visit·April 13, 2023

On 4/13/2023, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Jose Penate and Martha DeHaro, conducted a Case Management inspection and met with Director, Cynthia Villa. The purpose of this inspection is to inspect a recently added room to the center. The room will not add additional capacity to the license. The room will only be utilized for reading and play time, the room has child aged appropriate furniture and toys. The fire department has inspected the room and has been approved. The center has smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detector that met Community Care Licensing (CCL) regulations. LPA Penate advised Director Cynthia Villa the day care room is approved for use. An exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Cynthia Villa. A copy of the evaluation report, Appeal Rights and the Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
