What the inspector wrote

On July 22, 2025, Licensing program Analyst (LPA) Ortega conducted an unannounced inspection to the above facility. The purpose of this inspection is to deliver findings regarding the above allegation. LPA met with Site Supervisor who granted access to the facility. Upon arrival LPA observed 42 children and 16 Staff providing care and supervision. During this investigation, LPA Calloway conducted confidential interviews with all relevant parties involved. Based on the interviews conducted there were no disclosures of any witnesses that observed staff speaking inappropriately in the presence of the day care children nor did any of the parties involved disclosed feeling uncomfortable with the manner staff engaged with each other within the day care environment. Therefore, the evidence does not corroborate with the allegation. The allegation, Staff speak inappropriately in the presence of day care children is deemed to be Unsubstantiated. An unsubstantiated finding means, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there were not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation occurred. An exit interview was conducted, copy of this report was read and provided, the notice of Site Visit and appeal rights were also provided, to Site Supervisor, Francis Vega. The Notice of Site Visit shall be posted visible to the public for 30 days, removal of this posting is subject to a $100 civil penalty. All reports are recommend to keep for a minimum of 3 years.
