Furthermore, LPAs observed that the outdoor activity tables had dirt and debree on them. The mulched surface areas had hair like debree mixed with the woodchips and the concrete surface had bird feces, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

In Classroom B LPAs observed a plastic cabinet that was not locked, the cabinet was used to store arts and crafts however a Lysol cleaning spray and sanitizing wipes were accessible to children. Which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
