What the inspector wrote

On 01/21/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lady Cabrera conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA toured the facility with Staff and toured the facility inside and out and a census was taken. LPA explained to Site Supervisor II, Hilda Ramos the reason for the inspection was a self-reported Unusual Incident that took place on 01/13/2026 that was reported to CCLD on 01/14/2026, regarding an alleged allegation that a child\342\200\231s personal rights were violated. LPA obtained facility records and conducted interviews. It is determined that further investigation is needed pertaining to the Unusual Incident Report that was received. Report was reviewed and exit interview conducted with Site Supervisor II, Hilda Ramos. Per Title 22 Division 12, Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiency was cited during today's inspection. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
