What the inspector wrote

LPA Heath conducted interviews with the licensee. The interviews revealed inconsistencies in the explanations for the Facility staff transporting children without the appropriate safety seats. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is no preponderance of the evidence to prove that the facility transporting children without the appropriate safety seats; therefore, the above allegations are unsubstantiated. No deficiencies were cited. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with the licensee, Trinidad Tinoco.
