102416.5 Staffing Ratio and Capacity(f) The total licensed capacity for a Large Family Child Care Home shall not exceed fourteen children. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, interviews, and CCCC timesheets review, there were twenty-three children in care at one time. The licensee admitted having provided care to twenty-three children at her home which poses an immediate Health, Safety or Personal Rights risk to children in care.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, interview, and record review the facility was providing care for children that were not placed on the facility roster which is a potential health, safety, or personal rights risks to the persons in care.
