What the inspector wrote

On 09/23/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Nancy Her and Stephanie Vega-Gonzalez conducted an unannounced follow up Pre-Licensing inspection. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Facility Representative Amanda Guinn. The purpose of this inspection is to follow up on corrections from the 07/17/2025 pre-licensing inspection. On 07/17/2025 the following corrections were needed prior to the issuance of the license: \302\267 In the preschool classroom, shelves needed to be anchored \302\267 In the infant classroom, the partition that separates the sleeping area from the indoor activity space needed to meet Title 22 regulations. \302\267 Evacuation crib was needed for the infants \302\267 In the preschool outdoor area, the jeep and helicopter needed to be anchored or removed. \302\267 The cracked plastic toys needed to be removed on the outdoor area \302\267 A waiver to share the outdoor area with the preschool and school age components needed to be submitted. During today's inspection, LPAs observed that these items were corrected. LPAs observed that the shelves were anchored in the preschool classroom, the infant classroom had partition walls that separate the sleeping area, facility has an evacuation crib, the jeep, helicopter, and cracked plastic toys have been removed from the preschool outdoor play area. A wavier has been submitted and approved by CCLD. New infant indoor measurements were taken today. The total indoor activity space for the indoor is 246 square feet which is sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity of 4 infant children. A license for 15 preschoolers 2 years to 6 years in the preschool classroom; 4 infants birth to 2 years in the infant classroom; and 5 school age children will be granted upon final file review. Exit interview was conducted with Facility Representative Amanda Guinn.
