Facility-requested visit·December 19, 2024

On 12/19/24 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Denisia Jimenez conducted a Case Management inspection to inspect the back yard outdoor play area. LPA met with Licensee Maria Gonzalez. The purpose of the inspection was to observe the back yard of the facility that is currently off-limits to day care children. LPA inspected the back yard area and observed it is now considered safe for day care children to utilize. The back yard will no longer be off-limits to day care children effective 12/19/24. The children would access the back yard by a door in the kitchen through the laundry room, but this room is made inaccessible by a locked door. Licensee will make sure that any inaccessible items is out reach of children. Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3 no deficiency cited during today's visit. Exit interview conducted with the Licensee. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
