What the inspector wrote

On 1 0 /29/2025, a case management inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nohemi Sanchez. LPA met with Licensee Dora Rivera and advised that the purpose of the inspection was to inspect the backyard area, which has been made inaccessible to children. Licensee has added new synthetic grass to the outdoor play yard. LPA observed safe and age-appropriate toys and play equipment, including a combined slide and swing play structure with adequate cushioning underneath. LPA also observed two child size tables and a wooden kitchen toy playset. Licensee’s backyard is completely enclosed and separated from the rest of the property by fencing that is over 5 feet height. The outdoor play yard has been cleared for use by children, effective today, October 29, 2025. Updated facility sketch has been provided to the LPA. Exit interview conducted with Licensee, Dora Rivera . Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. Appeal rights were provided. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
