On 12/19/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nohemi Sanchez conducted a Plan of Correction inspection. LPA met with Licensee Laura Liliana Ramirez, who accompanied LPA on a tour of the facility and a census was taken. The purpose of today\342\200\231s inspection was to verify that the deficiency issued during an annual inspection on 10/29/2025 has been corrected. On 10/29/2025 of Inspection, the facility was issued a one Type B citation for violating California Code of Regulations (CCR) 102419(d). The citation was issued after the LPA verified that four out of four children\342\200\231s file reviewed were incomplete and missing required LIC forms for infants. During the inspection, the LPA confirmed that the licensee had since taken corrective actions. LPA reviewed a sample of children\342\200\231s files and observed files were complete with emergency information, including required infant forms as LIC9227 and 15 \342\200\223 minute Sleeping logs. Per Tittle 22, Division 12, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were cited during today\342\200\231s inspection. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee Laura Liliana Ramirez. A LIC 9212 Notice of Site Visit was provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
